Heneghan v Independiente Ltd

Claim of unfair dismissal brought by former managing director of Independiente Ltd, the record company of the pop group 'Travis'. Paul Goulding acted for the company which was successful when Heneghan withdrew his claim and agreed to contribute towards the company's costs on the 4th day of the hearing.
