Independent Committee for the Supervision of Standards of Telephone Information Services (“ICSTIS”) v Allied Telecommunications

Appeared for ICSTIS, the public law body responsible for the regulation of information provided by way of premium rate telephone and internet lines, on its successful application to establish that it is entitled to sue in private law for the fines that it has imposed.  A further stage of the matter is pending before the Companies Court.
