JHP v BBC Worldwide

JHP alleges that it is the owner of the copyright in text about the “Dr Who” character, the Daleks, in books published on behalf of JHP in the 1960s. It claims that BBC Worldwide infringed that copyright by publishing “The Dalek Survival Guide” in 2002. Judgment is awaited.
