Case dealing with the UK's return of a Ugandan national to that country when she was suffering from AIDS

The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights held on 27 May 2008 that it was not a breach of human rights for the United Kingdom to return a Ugandan national to that country even though she was suffering from AIDS, had been treated in this country for some years and her life would be endangered in Uganda because she was unlikely to receive adequate treatment there.
