O’Callaghan v Charity Commission and Alexandra Palace Trustees

Tom represented the Trustees of Alexandra Palace (as sole counsel) in this judicial review of a decision of the Charity Commission to consent to a lease of Alexandra Palace to a commercial developer. The case was heard by Mr Justice Sullivan on 5 October 2007.
