Pay v United Kingdom

Application by a former member of the probation service claiming that his dismissal by his local authority employer violated his right to respect for his private life.  Mr Pay was dismissed after photographs of his participation in a Bondage/Domination/Sado-masochist act at a nightclub were sent anonymously to his employer.
