R (Bradley & others) v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions

Representing the Claimants in judicial review of the DWP’s refusal to accept a finding of maladministration made by the Parliamentary Ombudsman, concerning the distribution of misleading information by the DWP which led members of occupational pension schemes wrongly to believe that their money was safe if the schemes folded. Test case on behalf of over 75,000 pensioners, addressing the constitutional relationship between the Ombudsman and the executive.  Court of Appeal decision handed down on 7 February 2008.
