R (BugLife) v Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation (No.2)

Judicial review of Development Corporation for giving planning permission in relation to biodiversity-rich site.  This case concerned the compatibility of development permission with domestic and EU environmental law duties relating to the protection of habitats.  Michael Fordham QC and Emma Dixon acted for the claimant NGO (BugLife).
