R (Gurung et al) v SSHD

Eady J rejected the Claimants’ argument that the Secretary of State’s policy regarding the settlement of adult dependants of former Gurkhas is flawed for uncertainty or fails to reflect its underlying purpose. Furthermore, Eady J rejected the argument that the policy had been applied irrationally to the four Claimants.
