R (Kelsall) v Secretary of State for Environment Food and Rural Affairs

Successfully represented the last of England's fur farmers in their Judicial Review over the level of compensation offered by the Government after it outlawed fur farming. Acted for the mink fur farmers in the challenge to the legality of a SI creating a compensation scheme.  Scheme held to be arbitrary and discriminatory and thus contrary to Article 1 Protocol 1 ECHR.
