R (McKoy) v Oxford Brookes University

Successfully represented the Claimant in resisting an appeal from [2009] EWHC 667 (Admin) whereby a University’s decision to exclude a student from a BSc in Midwifery was quashed as being ultra vires its own regulations (sole counsel at both hearings).
