R (Nicolaides) v GMC

(1) No bias at common law and no breach of article 6 of the ECHR on the part of the General Medical Council’s Professional Conduct Committee when adjudicating on a complaint that the doctor had lied to another panel of the same committee.(2) Article 6 of the ECHR is not engaged by a mere warning.
