R (on the application of E) (Respondent) v Governing Body of JFS and the Admissions Appeal Panel of JFS (Appellants) and others

The Supreme Court has given judgment in the case of JFS.  It held, by a majority, that JFS had discriminated on grounds of ethnic origin.
