R (Solvent Resource Management Ltd) v the Environment Agency and R (OSS Group Ltd) v the Environment Agency

Successfully represented the Environment Agency in two test cases on whether (and if so when) waste materials may be recovered and cease to be waste before being burnt (and thus exempt from the requirements of the Waste Incineration Directive).
