R v London Metal Exchange, ex parte Albatros Warehousing BV

Disciplinary decisions relating to the non-investment business of the London Metal Exchange were amenable to judicial review if and to the extent that the regulation of non-investment business was necessary in order to meet the requirements laid down in the Financial Services Act 1986 in respect of the conduct of investment business.
