Decision of David Richards J. determining issues of construction on the Bond Association’s standard-form Global Master Repurchase Agreement.  The court determined whether the special administration procedure created by the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011 comprised an automatic event of default for the purposes of that agreement.
