RFU v Delon Armitage

Delon Armitage of England and London Irish has lost his appeal against an 8 week suspension imposed by the RFU’s Disciplinary Panel for threatening and abusive behaviour towards a UK Anti Doping Official after an Aviva Premiership Match on New Year’s Day.  The charges were the first of their type to have been brought in England.

James Segan represented the RFU in both the Appeal Tribunal and Disciplinary Panel.
