Roberts v Wyre Borough Council and Lancashire Police

Represented the Claimants, in a claim for damages for breach of their rights to freedom of expression and religion. Claimants expressed opposition, as Christians, to Council policy of promoting homosexuality, and were investigated by police for alleged “hate crime”.
