Represents, and has for many years represented, the organisers of the Rugby World Cup 1999, 2003 and 2007 (notification of the entire 1999 and 2003 arrangements for the Rugby World Cup to the European Commission and OFT for exemption under Article 81(3); and complaint by disgruntled trader, and in relation to 2007, to date, the preparation of the agreements and the tendering processes and liaison with regulatory authorities).
