Stretford v FA

Acting for the FA in disciplinary proceedings against Paul Stretford, an agent, concerning his representation of Wayne Rooney. In 2007, the Court of Appeal dismissed legal points raised by Mr Stretford. The case is due to be heard by an arbitration panel in November 2007.
