Tamara Ecclestone v Omar Khyami, Elite Performance Cars Limited & Ansol Trading Limited

Nick De Marco acted for Ansol, the successful party in the high-profile High Court claim between the celebrity billionaire heiress, her former boyfriend and two car dealerships. Ms Ecclestone was ordered to deliver up the Lamborghini car that was the subject of the proceedings, as well as pay damages, to Ansol.
