Wadlow v Samuel

Dispute involving an artist manager against his former client, the well known recording artist and songwriter, Seal. Claim was for management commission. Defences of contractual construction, undue influence and restraint of trade. Claimant succeeded at trial before Gray J in June 2006. The Defendant’s appeal to Court of Appeal in February 2007 was dismissed.
