Acting for claimant at 2 week trial of claim for wrongful advice in connection with transfer of pension from occupational scheme to SIPP.  Obtained substantial damages in what the Financial Times reported to be the first occasion on which a product provider (rather than an IFA) had been found liable for wrongly giving advice on transfer.
