Worldwide v Ofcom

Acted for the intervener in Floe’s appeal in the CAT against Ofcom’s decision to reject its complaint of abuse of a dominant position by Vodafone. Argued successfully that EC law and competition law principles ought to have been taken into account by Ofcom.
