    Ben Jaffey and Tristan Jones acted as junior counsel for Yunus Rahmatullah, a detainee held by the US Government at Bagram in Afghanistan. On 14 December 2011, the Court of Appeal granted a writ of habeas corpus and ordered that he be released from Bagram within 7 days. James Eadie QC acted for the Secretary of State.
