David Pievsky KC appointed to the High Court Bench

We are very pleased to congratulate David Pievsky KC on his forthcoming elevation to the High Court Bench.

David was called to the Bar in 2001, taking silk in 2020. His practice encompassed Administrative and Public Law, Civil Liberties & Human Rights, Immigration & Nationality, Regulation and Professional Discipline, and Employment.

He became a Deputy High Court Judge in 2021 and his appointment as Mr Justice Pievsky, where he will be assigned to the King’s Bench Division, will take effect on 1 December 2026.
