FA v Fulham FC, Marco Silva & Aleksandar Mitrović

Nick De Marco KC represented Fulham FC, Marco Silva and Aleksandar Mitrović in relation to various charges brought by The FA arising out of Fulham’s FA Cup tie against Manchester United on Sunday 19 March. Following a hearing before a Regulatory Commission. Mitrović was suspended for 8 matches, Silva subjected to a 2-match touchline ban and various fines were imposed. Written Reasons for the sanctions shall follow.
