The FA v Wayne Hennessey

Kate Gallafent QC represented The FA, and Nick De Marco QC represented the Player in regulatory proceedings brought against the Player for Aggravated Misconduct relating to an alleged gesture captured on a photograph and posted on social media. The Player denied the Charge, and the Charge was dismissed following a hearing before a Regulatory Commission of The FA.
