FIS v Franz Steinle

An arbitration concerning charges brought by the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) against Franz Steinle, a German member of its Council.

The charges were dismissed in a decision by the FIS Ethics Committee, whose panel comprised Michael Beloff KC (Chair), Anne Ramberg and Leanne O’Leary.
