Sheffield Wednesday FC v EFL

Following an appeal against a decision of an EFL Disciplinary Commission imposing a sanction on the Club of a deduction of 12 points in season 2020/21, the League Arbitration Panel rejected the Club’s appeal on liability related to matters surrounding the stadium sale but partially upheld its appeal on sanction, reducing the sanction to be imposed to 6 points in season 2020/21.
