The Claimants obtained an injunction preventing the defendant solicitors’ firm from acting for Mr Viktor Pinchuk in multi-billion dollar proceedings brought by Mr Pinchuk in the High Court.

Dinah Rose QC and Jessica Boyd acted for Mr Pinchuk in his application to be joined as a defendant to the injunction application.
