English Football League v Southampton FC

A League Arbitration Panel of the EFL has published the written reasons for its decision to dismiss the appeal of Southampton FC against a decision of an EFL Disciplinary Commission sanctioning its admitted breaches of EFL rules prohibiting the observation of opponents’ training. The Disciplinary Commission expelled Southampton FC from the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs and imposed a four-point deduction and a reprimand.
